In the first quarter of 2025, the top health and fitness applications on iOS in Egypt demonstrated varied performance trends, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Flo Cycle & Period Tracker showed a steady increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $1.6K in early March. Weekly downloads reached their highest at 2.9K in the same period, while active users grew to 141.5K by early March before slightly declining to 129.4K at the quarter's end.

MyFitnessPal: Calorie Counter experienced fluctuations in revenue, with a notable peak of $965 in the last week of March. Downloads varied, reaching up to 2.2K in the first week and ending the quarter with 1.9K. Active users increased to 17.5K mid-January but dropped to 12.3K by late March, before rebounding to 16.4K.

Heartly-Heart Health Recorder saw a consistent revenue trend, with a high of $655 in late February. Downloads began strong at 2.5K but saw a significant drop, with minimal activity towards the quarter's end. Active users started at 4K, decreasing steadily to 2.2K by March's conclusion.
